READ THIS FIRST...There are 5 steps to the sign up process. Players who are exploring or simply “tying out” the club MUST complete Step 1 only. Players who are ready to join the club MUST complete Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4. Your “Account” will be TOTALLY activated allowing you full access to the web site once Step 5 is completed by the administrator.
THERE IS NO ORDER TO THESE STEPS - you can complete Step 4 even if your money has not been totally paid yet (Step 3).
Coaches, Officers and Alumni should complete Step 4 only.

Step 1 involves printing, signing and mailing the following documents to the WSU Secretary at the Club address (PO Box 16 New Cumberland, PA 17070).
Step 2 involves registering with USA Rugby. New and returning players MUST go to the following URL:
Click on the “Create/ Renew Individual Membership” link. Fill out the requested information and click “Continue”. If you are a returning player you will have the option of selecting previously entered info. All players will then be redirected to the USA Rugby Participation and Medical Insurance agreements. Print and sign both documents and mail to the WSU Secretary at the Club address. Acknowledge the agreements and click “Accept Waiver”. Fill out your personal info and click “Continue”. Select your role, level and Club (start entering the name “West Shore....” and club options will appear) and click “Save” and then click “Check Out”. Pay online using Visa or MasterCard ($10 for U15 and $20 for U19). These fees will be refunded to you if your dues are paid up.
Step 3 involves contributing $300 (minus your USA Rugby registration fee if you paid in Step 2 above) to the club. $100 is due by 11/10, $200 by 1/10 and $300 by 2/10. Players can sell ad space in our annual yearbook and EVERY sponsorship dollar will go against out-of-pocket expenses meaning that players will be reimbursed money paid if their financial responsibilities are totally satisfied. You can mail your payment to the WSU Treasurer at the Club address or you can pay via PayPal by simply clicking on the “Donate” button below. If you use PayPal, be sure to indicate in the comments what your payment is going towards.
