The
West Shore United Rugby Football Association was founded in January 2008.
WSURFA Bylaws
were subsequently adopted on February 19th,
2008. the preamble to the bylaws state that "The objective of the West Shore United Rugby Club, hereinafter referred to as the "Club", is to promote the game of rugby through the establishment of
organized team play, the development of its player's rugby skills at all levels, and by instilling team spirit, fellowship and good sportsmanship."
Association is to promote, facilitate, and financially support the approved goals, objectives and activities of the Club, its players, and coaching staff."
Association to dictate how the team should be run - the coaches of the Club
are responsible for that.

Current Association officers are as follows.

General meetings of the Association are typically held on the 3rd
week of each calendar month from January through June.Fishing Creek Community Association (FCCA) Building Meetings are
normally held at the FCCA building located at 520 Locust Road New Cumberland, PA. Here are diections from the North and South:
Follow I-83 the Fishing Creek Road exit. If
you're coming from the North you will make a left at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp on to Fishing Creek Road, cross back over I-83 and take the first left at Locust Road. The
FCCA building will be on your left, attached and on the backside (2nd floor) of the Fairview Township Fire Department across from the Red Land Midget football field.
If you're coming from
the South you will go straight at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp on to Locust Road.
