Favorite Rugby Memory:  Coming out of nowhere in 2006 with the West Shore United U19 team winning the EPRU  Championship, placing 2nd at MARFU's and finishing 15th in the country at Nationals held at Dartmouth College, NH .

Playing Experience:  1985 to 1989, Shippensburg University; 1990 to Present, Harrisburg Men's Club and Harrisburg Old Boys.
Coaching Experience:  2 years at Shippensburg University and 2005 to Present, West Shore United boys.
Favorite Rugby Memory:  While playing for the Harrisburgh Men's Club, inishing 2nd in the Division II 1990 National Championship and 3rd in the Deivision III 2007 National Championship .

Justin Weaver
Assistant Coach, Backs and Conditioning

Playing Experience:  Played inside, outside and fly half for Dickinson College for 4 years.
Coaching Experience:  Coached men's rugby for 2 years and womens rugby for 1 year at Dickenson College; 2007 West Shore United boys. 
Favorite Rugby Memory:  In the middle of a scrum down I looked across to the opposing flanker and recognized him as a childhood friend.  We both went off-sides to greet each other but never really got to hang out because I had to drive some teammates to the hospital after the game.  We now live in the same building and still laugh about that day .

Jim Harding
Assistant Coach, Flankers, Forwards and Conditioning

Playing Experience:  1975 to 1978, State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego; has played in the CanAm Rugby Tournament in Saranac Lakey, NY for the past 10 years.
Coaching Experience:  1978, SUNY Oswego
Favorite Rugby Memory:  Winning the 1977 Upstate NY Rugby Union "A-Side" championship and getting together with old teammates at the CanAm Rugby Tournament each year.
